BURNING AMBER
Burning Amber paints a portrait of the effects on self-development that surfaces from the abandonment of long-standing relationships. The main character, Misha, faces his worst fear of letting go of his partner, Eve, which leads him to a downward spiral of emotions. Longing,
rage, and dissociation are all themes that represent his mental state. In his journey, he crosses paths with a stranger who shares his fears however experiences abandonment in an entirely different way. Eve remains unseen and unheard until the very end.
